Open Wine Cellars Days is a unique, three-day wine event in Poland held annually, where visitors get to wonder around from a historic wine cellar to the next – 25 in all currently open in the charming town of Zielona Gora – and sip local wine with the winemakers!

Besides visiting the wine cellars, there are many fun attractions at the Open Wine Cellars Days like the guided Zielona Gora city tours with local guides, opportunity to watch documentary film “Polish Tuscany” about the Lubuskie Wine Region, taking WINOBUSY – WINE BUSES excursions to Lubuskie region vineyards (took one to  Winnica Marcus) and enjoying a six course tasting dinner made with locally sourced ingredients and wines at Srebrna Góra – kultura wina i smaku restaurant.

The delicious six course tasting dinner at Srebrna Góra – kultura wina i smaku restaurant made with locally sourced ingredients and paired with local wine was one of the highlights of the 2024 OPEN WINE CELLARS DAYS event in Zielona Góra, Poland.

There’s so much to see, learn and experience in Zielona Góra, Poland during OPEN WINE CELLARS DAYS event! On day three and the last day of this fun weekend with Polish wine even we toured the Wine Museum at the Lubuskie Land Museum and enjoyed exemplary Sauvignon Blanc from Winnica Jany at Skrzynka Wine Winebar. Local wine can be found in historic wine cellars, wine bars and restaurants throughout the city!

Next OPEN WINE CELLARS DAYS in Zielona Góra event is scheduled for June 19-21, 2025.
