Croatia, in the Spring

Croatia is wonderful to visit year ’round, but there is something extra special about Spring in this beautiful country.

The “season” has barely started, so all the locals are well rested and ready for another busy year.  It is starting to warm up, and life moves out into the outdoor cafes and restaurants.

It is warm and sunny enough to sit on the terrace, overlooking Dubrovnik’s Old Town, and sip some wine.

See many of Croatia’s most beautiful sights and learn about the rebirth of one of Europe’s oldest wine areas. And see all this with Shannon, who loves unique and out of the way wine and food experiences.

When not in Europe, Shannon does her eating and drinking in San Diego, California.
